Darn Doctor!

Sawyer had his 4 month visit today, and from the pictures it's easy to see it was NO FUN!! But he got these really cool Nemo band-aids!!

Look at those chunky thighs! He weighed in at 14 lbs 10 oz, and is 25 and a quarter inches long! And even better--the Dr. told us we could start him on solids whenever we are ready!! (As soon as we are ready for stinkier diapers that is!) We are so glad that he is happy and healthy and we had so much fun seeing all our family over the weekend. We love you guys!

BATH TIME!

The first time Sawyer took a shower... he wasn't sure what to think. But now he loves it! He sticks his hands out to feel the water and smacks his lips. And we love it because it's the perfect end to a long day- it puts him to sleep every time (Sorry for the "graphic images") ;)

I know, I know.. he's just a baby. But he's got to look good! Eric always makes fun of me for combing his hair like this!

First Picnic

We went out for our first picnic this year.... and it was FREEZING (thus the snow in the background)! I guess it should have occured to us that even though it was a nice day, it would be cold up the mountain. Oh well...it was still fun! And let's be honest- you can't beat cheap hotdogs and pepsi!

Here is our little guy! He is getting so big. He rolled from his back onto his stomach for the first time last night. I was at mutual, but Eric was home with him and bragged all about it! We can't believe the changes that have happened in the past 3 months. It truly is a miracle how he learns so fast, and we are so glad that we are blessed with his sweet spirit!

Moving on...

We just found out that Eric got a new job!! He will essentially be a "Park Ranger" up the American Fork canyon and at the Timponogos Caves. This means that we can finally move on from Nu Skin!! We'll miss all of the free product, but it's time to do something new. He should start as soon as finals are over (in a few weeks) and he even gets this cool uniform (it's really more nerdy than cool), but we are really excited! It looks like our summer will be full of camp-outs and picnics!
